- Login or sign up to ShopBack if you haven't already. You'll need your mobile number to receive a verification code.
- Click on Bank Bonus
- Select your Bank of Melbourne Lounge
- Add your eligible Bank of Melbourne debit or credit card in the app under "Manage Payment Methods"
- Shop using your linked Bank of Melbourne debit or credit card through the ShopBack app
Visit the ShopBack website to sign up and create an account. Once created, you can earn Cashback when you shop at a participating store via the ShopBack app.

The eligible Bank of Melbourne debit and credit card must stay linked to your ShopBack account until Bank of Melbourne bonus Cashback is confirmed by ShopBack. Otherwise, bonus Cashback may be rejected. Bank of Melbourne business debit cards and Bank of Melbourne business credit cards are currently not eligible for Bank of Melbourne bonus Cashback offers.
You will be taken to the ShopBack site and asked to download and install the ShopBack App, where you can access the Bank of Melbourne Lounge when you login or create an account for free. By accessing ShopBack’s website, you will enter a third-party site not owned by Bank of Melbourne. Any personal information you provide to ShopBack’s website will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with ShopBack’s Privacy Policy, also available on their website.
Purchases made using digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay will be eligible for Bank of Melbourne bonus Cashback as long as an eligible card is used as the linked payment method at the merchant’s checkout. Apple gift card purchases may take up to 14 days to be tracked. Purchases made using an online payment method such as PayPal, where ShopBack is unable to identify whether an eligible card was used at the checkout (including any purchases made on ShopBack), will not qualify for Bank of Melbourne bonus Cashback (even where an eligible card is linked e.g. to the PayPal account).
Cashback offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time and may not be available in conjunction with any other promotion.
